To mark the international day for conscientious objectors to military service, a number of flowers were laid a stone in Tavistock Square, London. Each flower had a tag attached with the name of a conscientious objector and the country in which they objected.
Seventy people were present, including representatives from Quaker Peace & Social Witness, Amnesty International, conscience the peace tax campaign, Peace Pledge Union and CND.
